Hi,
I've downloaded the last milestone (5) of WTP just to try it.
But when I extracting the rar file I find in it only the two folder of
plugin and features.
Is there anyone in here that knows how to launch it?
Should I download something else?
Sorry but in the FAQ and documentation I dont find a way to solve thi s
problem.

It sounds like you might not have downloaded all the requirements. At
the top of the downloads page for M5[1] there should be 4 requirements
(eclipse, EMF, GEF, and data tools) for you to download and extract in
the same folder as WTP. Once you have these you should be able to run
WTP by running the eclipse executable.
