Try Eclipse Visual Editor

http://www.eclipse.org/ve

I believe the newsgroup is eclipse.tools.ve

Also check out EPIC:

Specifically, you might find Jigloo interesting.

If you can get past the free-of-charge issue, you should look at Window
Builder.

OK, thanks for your help.

The free-of-charge issue won't go away soon because when I paid for it,
someone soon stopped supporting it or improving it.

Note that WindowBuilder is available in a free (reduced functionality)
version as well as low-cost academic and non-commercial (both with full
functionality) versions.

http://www.windowbuilderpro.com/

BTW, WindowBuilder is the only Eclipse GUI builder available that fully
supports graphical editing of all RCP GUI types.

This can just as easily happen with free and/or open-source tools as well.

Note that WindowBuilder was originally released in 2003 and has had more
than a dozen major releases (3-4 per year).

http://www.windowbuilderpro.com/

It also recently won the Eclipse Magazin Reader's Choice award for "Best
Eclipse-based Commercial Software Solution".

It is the only Eclipse GUI builder that supports all of the standard Swing
and SWT layout managers (including the new GroupLayout) as well as all
Eclipse RCP GUI types.

Are you suggesting that you have a bit of a touch-of-death when it comes
to purchasing software? :-)

Touch of death....well, those brief times I did think it was kinda weird,
but it is true.

Thanks Eric. The info on WindowBuilder was good. I'll consider it.
