We are getting close enough in stabilizing Sapphire 0.7 changes that I feel confident in setting a new release date of 2013-12-14.

On a related note, Oracle QA just finished some performance tests comparing Sapphire 0.6.6 and the latest Sapphire 0.7 build. I am happy to report that on the key metric of editor startup performance, Sapphire 0.7 is 20% faster on average.
