Welcome to Eclipse, my friend!
Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers is the bundle you want. It does C,
which is modernly a subset of C++.
You'll be very happy with your choice.
However, you will likely be using and getting a bit more help in a
different Eclipse forum. Come here (newcomers') for trouble installing
and using the Eclipse workbench, but for C/C++-related questions, go to
this other forum. See this sticky post at the top of our forum:

Best of luck!
