I'm attempting to use the 'Software Updates' feature to upgrade from the 3.1
version to 3.2.
I am able to find a list of upgrades available, but when I try to select
them to install them I get the following error:

I was using the Georgia Tech mirror, but I get the same error when I use
other mirrors (the first part of the url is different).
