Problem with install-handler into a plugin/feature [message #183799]

Hello,
I'm trying to create an install handler for a plugin/feature. So, I have
created my plugin and in the feature I have create a class named
MyInstallHandler which extends BaseInstallHandler. In the feature.xml, the
<install-handler> tag is configured with an attribute
handler="MyInstallHandler".
Then, I have a site.xml for the installation...
When I install my plugin and I click on Finish, a popup displays with an
error : Unable to create custom install handler for feature...
I don't know where the problem can be...
