Adding a new property to a graphical element [message #182143] Mon, 23 May 2005 02:36 Go to next message

Hi,
I'm working on a graphical editor, similar to the shapes demo. I need to
allow the user to
add new properties to a graphical element. The properties view only allows
me to modify values
of pre-existing properties - not add new ones. Could someone advise me on
any 'standard'
approaches to this seemingly simple issue,

Thanks,

Andy

So long as your property source provides the descriptors for these new
properties, this should work. You might have to force the properties view
to refresh, though. Anyway, you should pursue this further on the platform
newsgroup.
