Please look through the last few postings before posting a question... this
is a FAQ. See, for instance, the thread "Problems unzipping Eclipse SDK
3.2.1" on 11/21.

Summary: the Windows built-in unzipper seems to have a problem with the
Eclipse archives. If you use a different unzipper, such as WinZip, you will
not have this problem.
