I have a need to create Projects similar to a Dynamic Web Project.
Basically, i want all of the features of the Dynamic Web Project but
my project's model layout is different on disk than what is defined in
the Dynamic Web Project.

Is this possible? Did the Eclipse team assume that plugin developers
would want to create their own flavor of the Web Core Project Model?
Any hints on a good starting point to accomplish this?
