Eclipse help hangs in tutorial [message #181402]

etc etc, but when I get to the "Modify the Plug-in" step the tutorial says
"... perform the following steps:", however nothing is given here of for
"tsting the plug-in"

In addition, and probably most worrying is there's a '?' for each step and
if I click one of these the entire Eclipe IDE hangs and has to be killed.

Has anyone seen this before? Can anyone suggest what Eclipse is looking
for at this point and where I ought to start looking for a cause?
