Can I upgrade to WTP 1.5.1 using update manager?
When I use the update manager, it still only shows release 1.5.0.

Any idea to update WTP 1.5.1 using update manager?

once officially released. In the meantime, if you need to check out the
current state of the 1.5.1 effort, you can download a weekly tested
build from this site: http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/
