Compare editor with "old" version on left? [message #178117]

Is there a way to configure the compare editor (e.g. for compare to
HEAD) to show the "old" version on the left and the new version on the
right, like most sane GUI diff tools do?

Using Eclipse 3.2.1 with CVS as the source control.

No. But if it really bothers you, you should consider creating a bug
report requesting the feature. I strongly recommend that you avoid the
"sane" crack in the bug report (if you want it to get any traction).
