My Eclipse (v 3.2.0)+(PHPeclipse) as installed by a 3rd party installer,
cannot start Apache using the tool bar buttons or Run menu item or
External tools menu item. Apache starts/stops fine using the XAMPP buttons
however.
When I checked - Windows > Preferences > PHPeclipse Web Development > PHP
External Tools > Apache > and the "Start Apache" item I find this entry;
-c "Document Root "{0}"" and checked to run in background.
What does this do to get Apache started??????? I know what the -c is for
but what does the "Document Root "{0}"" do? Can any one point me to a
reference?

Would not "-k start" be a better choice to use in this entry?
Thanks for any enlightenment,
Hal Davey

Consider this question closed and solved. The provider said the entry was
an error in the set-up configuration. It should be -k start.
Thanks,
Hal
