Hi,
knowing I should not worry too much about features I will never need, I am
still curious. I find that whether or not I use {refersToKey=true} or not,
or with false, or in combination with refersTo, refersToKey does not
actually change the grammar. Is this a disabled feature?

Yes. This was an experimental feature that may be reenabled in a future
version.
