I have searched through google, and plugins, but cannot find the plugin I want.

I would like to be able to select the color using the octal color, currently color picker only allows RGB decimal values. Any idea if such a plugin exists ?

I don't have an idea if such a plugin exist, but you could open a
feature request to ask octal selector in color picker.
