Hello,

I use org.eclipse.uml2.diagram.def_0.7.100.v200801081543 with GMF21M4
and would like to see e.g. deployment diagram

if I generate UML.genmodel from UML.ecore, get more than 6000 errors (e.g.
duplicate method as java problem)

if I generate e.g. deploymentdiagram.gmfgen from deploymentdiagram.gmfmap,
get:
source feature must be owned ... error

How can I repair these?
Would be important

Regards,Trep

Trep,

UML ships a GenModel for UML.ecore. You should use that. Their
GenModel is a derived GenModel to handle UML concepts like redefinition
and subset/superset. It seems pointless to try to generate that model
when it already exists... Doesn't the UML Tools component already have
these things too?

Hello,

Yes, I had uml.ecore, and regeneration resulted duplicate methods
(but renaming the package was also unsuccessful :( )

My question is so:
if I generate e.g. deploymentdiagram.gmfgen from deploymentdiagram.gmfmap,
get:
source feature must be owned ... error
(and it is in the original deploymentdiagram.gmfgen)

I rewrote something in the diagram, so I need to regenerate this, but some
LinkMapping in the original gmfmap file has no source/target feature is set

Hello,
I wonder how could they build it having only targetfeature in the gmfmap's
linkmapping

Hello,

I ignored the validation errors, but I got a 'problem opening
(creation)wizard' in a new eclipse instance

Thanks,
Trep
