dev.eclipse.org repositories have anonymous pserver access. You can go into
Eclipse and create a new repository location (in the CVS repo view) and just
put in
host: dev.eclipse.org
location: /home/technology
user: anonymous
method: pserver
From there navigate wherever you want and check out the projects desired.
Note that the Equinox web site is in "equinox-home" and the code is in
"org.eclipse.equinox".
The website should be updated with a bit more info on this.
