I am interested in authoring Eclipse help. Are there any experienced help
authors who can provide some guidance in developing a help project? Are
there any authoring tools available?

The 2.0 release of RCP Developer contains a new tool, Help Composer, which
is designed to help you author Eclipse help (it includes an Eclipse TOC file
editor and help-oriented HTML editor).
