Hey, I'm fairly new to Ubuntu, and the whole Linux world, I suppose the
same thing happened to me, and after struggling a bit, I found out that
the GNU Java Virtual Machine, was the default JVM Environment for Ubuntu,
so I uninstalled everything and just let Sun JDK 1.5 as the system JVM,
but I installed it from the Sun installer package.
