I want to reorder the elements that appears in the shortcut popup menu
when I leave the mouse over an element.
Which file I must to modify to reorder these elements?

I found it. To reorder the elements in the popup menu, you must to
change the method 'getTypesForPopupBar' in the file
'UMLModelingAssistantProvider' from the 'X.diagram.providers' package.
