Tomcat 5.5 - 404 errors when running in Eclipse [message #172058]

I can start TomCat 5.5 outside of eclipse (windows) and connect to port
8080 and receive default pages just fine.

When i start tomcat server within eclipse, the server answers with a "404"
for any file I try -

I know its a simple config, but not sure at this point where to look.

Any help would be much appreciated,
