I have developed two different fragments but both has same host plug-in.
Having put fragments in plugins directory, I checked plug-ins registry and
found that both of them were loaded.

However, it happens that one of them is not working.

Is it because that they share same host plug-in?

Is it that only one fragment should be there for plug-in?
