Create Patch with -F^f (or any argument) [message #171084]

Is it possible to configure Eclipse to pass additional diff arguments
when creating a patch? (Team -> Create Patch)

Specifically I'd like to pass -F^f so that the patch includes the
previous line that starts with f (eg. "function foo...").
