I cannot do this with current ResizableCompartment, which is based on the
ScrollPane. Because the ViewPort's position cannot be fixed, the relative
position of the sub elements cannot also be fixed to the container. Is there
any workaround to resovle this issue? Or I have to implement my own
"FixedSizeCompartment".
