FYI: Diagramming libraries, like iLog's JViews and yWorks' yFiles support
"grouping" and "nesting".

I believe this is much to model-specific to be part of GEF.

Hi,

I have done something similar for my project.
If u r interested in specific problem of creating grouped/nested
containers,
with ability to expand/collapse,i can help..
Also search the archive.There have been discussions on this very problem
before.
