In a Generic Server, how can the server's properties be edited/viewed once created? [message #169703] |

For example, in the new server wizard for a JBoss server, I can specify the
Address, Port, JNDI Port and Server Configuration.
At some point later if I wish to change one of the values that was specified
above, or double check that I entered the correct values, I don't believe
there is anywhere in the UI to see those values.
If the above is correct, perhaps it would be a nice enhancement to the
Generic Server support to allow the user to view/edit these values.
One way to do the above that is perhaps not ideal is to right click on a
server in the server's view and choose Move to Workspace. At this point the
user can right click on the .server file and manually modify the contents.
So I guess my question is, is there a mechanism in the Generic Server
Framework to expose the properties defined in the .server file in the UI
after the values have been entered in the wizard?
Thanks,

Unfotunatelly Generic server framework allows only a subset to be edited
right now there is a enhancement request targeted for 2.0. See
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=105135 for details.
