Plugin doesn't get loaded after deployment [message #1322]

I am getting some weired problem and not able to find the solution.

I have developed a plugin and tested by "Run" and "Debug" mode.
Everything works perfect when I launch runtime Eclipse session.
But when I deploy the plugin to existing eclipse installation, then
it doesn't get loaded. The plugin is neither listed in Help->About Eclipse

nor I can see my functionality.

The way I deploy the plugin is: Select the plugin, with RMB, Export, then
"Deployable Plugins and Fragments", enter destination directory of my
eclipse
installation.

Interestingly, when I do the same steps for a sample "Hello World" plugin,
then also everything works fine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am using Eclipse 3.4.2.
Please help.
