root variable path - where has it gone [message #166989] Fri, 02 July 2004 09:55 Go to next message

I want to set my Java Source Attachment (so I can step through my java
source code when using a library).

In Eclipse 2.0.x (WSDD 5.0) I had to supply a "Archive variable path"
and an "Root variable path". Like this I was able to define the root of
the package structure in the archive. For example root path = 'src' if
the archive contains src/java/lang/Object.java.

Since Eclipse 2.1.x (WSDD 5.6) I am missing this possibility. And also
in Eclipse 3.0 there is no possibility to set the "root variable path"
for my Java Source Attachment. I only have the possibility to set the
"Archive variable path". Where has it gone? Do I still have the
possibility to somehow set the root of my package structure in the archive?

Thanks for any help.

It should now automaticaly detect the root path. If it doesn't, please enter
a bug report with steps to reproduce the problem.
