GEF examples include a flow plugin which might suit your needs.

You can get the examples from the GEF page here http://www.eclipse.org/gef

After going through the flow plugin example, I came across
a project called Flow4J. It is a plugin for modelling
process flows. I am posting the link here should anybody
else find it useful.
