Experts,

I am working on the report with XML file as Data Source, in that i have a tag as date. This has format as '2013-09-05' but i need this as '05-SEP-2013'.

I have tried with data type as Date and applied Format date in properties as dd-MMM-YY
then i am getting as '05-Sep-2013'.. But i required month in UPPER CASE. Please suggest me.

Also i want to eliminate the number in the string column..

Ex: WELCOME-123
i want to delete -123 and print only WELCOME

This string is dynamic....
