Eclipse 3.2 but I cant figure out how to open up the Visual Editor or

Start the wizard with
File > New > Visual Class
or, if that's not in the list, use
File > New > Other... > Java > Visual Class
Choose the desired entry in the wizard's Style list (Swing/AWT/SWT/RCP &
application/frame/shell/etc.).
