hlo,
got this error while deploying a new web service :
WAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime
axis-admin failed with {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Server.userExcept ion java.net.UnknownHostException: localhost%3A13481
I can test with my browser the localhost:13481 url which correctly reply 'hello'.
I wait a little more seconds and click "next" again as i discovered womewhere with no more results.
