J2EE dependencies have lots of problems!? [message #163820]

Hi,

I have lots of problems with the J2EE Module Dependencies for web
projects. The list of modules contain duplicate projects; deselecting
all projects fails silently all of the time (the only way to remove the
dependencies is to edit the .components file), and selecting
dependencies works sometimes but often gives IWAE0010E An internal error
occurred:

I'm using Eclipse 3.2M5 + WTP 1.5M5.

Anyone with tips on how to fix this?
