I don’t think you can. Is it that hard to hit Esc Ctrl+f or Ctrl+Alt+F?

I haven't checked lately, but there was a "Format on Close" plugin on
Eclipse Plugin Central. I have no idea if it has been ported to 3.2,
but it was available for 3.1.
