Overall, it looks good. Change, in general, is always welcome!
Issues:
* There is some weirdness when it comes to the sections (e.g. Eclipse
News, Eclipse in the News, etc) on the main page when using IE - when you
first enter the page the sections are laid out correctly, but if you
maximize then restore the IE window, the sections don't go back to the
same place.
* <This one is tough to reproduce > In IE, sometimes after the main page
is first loaded, if you mouse over any of the links in the sections, the
text moves to the right and you are never able to click the link.
Refreshing the page usually fixes the problem.
* It seems like the sections should have a complete box around them (there
is no line on the bottom, just the left, right, and top). I figured it was
an issue with IE, but it looks that way with Firefox as well.
I am using IE 6.0.2 on Windows XP.
My only style recommendation would be to have more contrast in the colors
used - the page seems a little washed out because the colors are so
similar. If you look at microsoft.com or ibm.com, you'll see fairly good
color contrast.
Thanks,
