If we install a server adapter for a server (JOnAS for example) we still
see an entry for JOnAS v4 in the list of generic servers.

Is there an official way to hide a generic server definition when a
server adapter is installed?

The way to do it is to disable the features but currently the generic server
for Jonas is packed with
some other generic server plugins. We plan to reorganize those into seperate
plugins and probably features
see the note[1] about this reorg.
