Please provide me the relevant link or step by step tutorial to create 'Switch Workspace' using Eclipse 4 / Eclipse RCP.

I need a window like 'Workspace Launcher' to select the 'Workspace' before launching the application. Please provide me the appropriate tutorial link or step by step guide.

I need this only in Eclipse 4
