Help search returns "nothing found" [message #161358]

But the same searchs in http://help.eclipse.org/help32/index.jsp return
results (for example 4 results for "TableViewer", which is a keyword
that appears in Platform Plug-in Developer Guide).

It is a bug or a configuration problem?
