Nothing wrong with your English here... but the "timing" doesn't work.
3.2.0 has only been out a half a month, so you couldn't have "3.2.0"
working for about a month.

You sure you don't have 3.2RC? or 3.2M?

I've not run into this with 3.2.0... but I did with one of the earlier
pre-releases... I don't recall which one exactly.

You might want to get a "real" 3.2.0 download for each system and try again.

As Randy says, make sure that you have the actual released version of
Eclipse 3.2, not a release candidate or milestone build.

Also, did you check the log for details? Did it say anything? It should
have given you a stack trace, or at least the name of the plug-in issuing
the message. That information will be helpful in diagnosing the problem.
The log is in your workspace, at [workspace root]/.metadata/.log.
