Is it possible to run an installed Tomcat with a deployed axis so that
the axis is found by the tomcat.

I mean if I start my tomcat through webtools I can never access axis
except I add a dynamic web project. But then I also reach the WebService
directly and cannot access the installed axis.

Any ideas on this one.
