Border items keeping moving [message #159149] Fri, 09 November 2007 03:34 Go to next message

Hi,

I created a modeler using the border items (port-like figure in UML
talking). I noticed that when a new item added in the port container, all
the existing ports are moving (I guess to avoid collisions). Most of the
time it's not working for my cases and I do have collision, so I would like
to inhibate this behavior - the auto-moving - ports.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Cédric,

There should be a BorderItemLocator being used for your port border
items. You can override for the behavior you want or write your own
locator for your ports.
