Get eclipse to re-install the android SDK [message #1075685] Mon, 29 July 2013 17:42 Go to next message

I am trying to install the android SDK on Ubuntu 12.04 using this guide...

magnatecha.com/setting-up-eclipse-on-ubuntu-1204/

(I already tried using the guide on the official android pages but it was unsuccessful)

During step 4 - installing the android SDK, I get error messages about "SDK Platform Tools component is missing!"

I want to try this step again. I.e. get Eclipse to try to reinstall the android SDK. The prompt come up automatically the first time round, But where in the menu can I manually re-activate this prompt so that it come up again?

I have tried uninstalling Eclipse and removing the ADT plugin but this did not get the prompt back.

Also, wow can I tell that the Eclipse has correctly installed the android sdk and is happy with it?
