an entity bean wizard seems to come with 1.0.1. Current maintenance builds (from
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/) should contain it. If you want
to test it and find bugs or improvements you could add them here:

Workaround until 1.0.1: add session beans, change the implemented interface to
"EntityBean" and modify Xdoclet declarations.
