getLocation() of ConnectionAnchor is not called [message #158627]

I implemented my own anchor and it seems like it was working as long as all
figures staying on the screen and no scroll bars are displayed. As soon as a
move one figure out of the screen and scroll bars appear, my connection
moves in the same direction, the figure is moved. Idependent whether the
connection is anchored on the moved figure or not.

My anchor does return absolute coordinates. Can you tell me why the method
getLocation() isn't called, when the figure is moved?
