define a key binding in the preference dialog for my editors key binding
scope, but nothing happens when the key is pressed.
After investigating for a while, I have almost forgotten my fist name
among all the actions, commands, extensions, scopes, contexts and what not.
Can somebody please give me a few pointers? Is it possible to register
an action (command?) for the "show tooltip description" item, even
though that seems to stem from the JDT plugin, which is not in my
dependency list?
