the dependent classes in the Utility jars, which get built and everything
in the ear redeployed once I change any class which would be in utility
jar.

What I'm intrested in is if I could just have the output folder of this
utility classes project point to the EAR's APP-INF/classes folder, so that
Eclipse does not always try to archive the file once there's a change.
