Is there a plan for implementing the DOM level 3 api in the
org.eclipse.wst.xml.core.document packages? I have searched the webtools
website, newsgroup, and bugzilla and was unable to find any mention of
when this will be implemented. Any ideas, or is it just not planned yet?

We've kicked the idea around a bit. Are there particular aspects to the
API that you're interested in exploiting? If it's something you feel is
important please open a bugzilla bug (marked as an enhancement) so we can
track this requirement and find out how many others are interested in this.
