Ok im writing some code and it crashes mid type!!!

im typing switch (e.getKeyCode()){
i get about e.getK THEN BOOM crash exit code 1 and a slew of lines of errors.
Java 1.6

anymore information needed just ask. I am new so I'm not sure what all i need to put in here.

Those lines of errors would be helpful. Have you tried using Java 1.7?

SORRY! been outof town with the ARMY. If anyone is still paying attention to this i'll get the errors lines again if i can.

BUT I DID IT! If I write the code in a txt doc or something then copy and paste it into Eclipse it doesn't crash for some reason. So i found a way around it but no idea why it does when im typing the code so i will see if i can get the error code again.
