my job starts a program that spawns several hierarchies of processes on several machines.

When someone cancels the job via the Hudson GUI, not all processes are killed.

I need to know what event/signal Hudson sends to my program, upon cancellation, so I can catch it and kill all relevant processes, on all the machines involved.
and -in addition- send an email to interested parties (unless it's already done by Hudson)

Thanks a million
