How to disable right-click menu of a perspective on perspective bar [message #1066309]

Hello
I want to disable the right-click menu("Customize""Save As" "Reset""Close"...) of the perspective button on the perspective bar.
but i only found this :IWorkbenchPreferenceConstants.SHOW_OPEN_ON_PERSPECTIVE_BAR
to remove the open button of the perspective bar.

please help me! thank you!
